My Episode 18 interview guest famously talks a mile a minute and she cannot be put into a box with a one or two word description about how she spends her time.

To sum up Sarah Becker – you’d need a novel. My attempt at describing her would be that she is insatiably curious and she doesn’t just follow her dreams, she unabashedly takes action in the direction of her passions.

To say the least, Sarah Becker has a lot going on, and when I asked Sarah to send me her bio so I can explain all the things going on in her world, this is what she wrote:

Sarah Becker

Sarah Becker is curious and finding lots of things to do. Some of those things include a decade in the wedding photography business, renovating and co-owning an eight-suite guesthouse in New Orleans, and starting an elopement planning company with her best friend. Sarah is passionate about travel (and spent 110 days traveling in 2019), financial security (she will slice your budget and enjoy doing it), and always having a book in her bag. You can follow along on Instagram @beckerreadsbooks.

In this episode, you’ll hear us chat about

  • How asking questions led to buying, renovating and owning a 34-bed guest house in MidCity New Orleans

  • The exact roster of tools she uses to make the best use of her time while managing her businesses

  • How she prepped her businesses and her finances to travel for almost 4 months in 2019 – including exactly how much she spent on travel.

  • She talks about what it means to go on an “earning spree,” what she learned about herself during her travels, and how what she’s learned has affected how she spends her time.
