Back when I was battling burnout and barely surviving (definitely not thriving). I searched high and low for a path forward.
What started with one podcast episode about my productivity led me to stacks of books, research articles, and mountains of information about time management, productivity, goal setting, habits, and everything else under the sun.
At the time, I wished that there was an easier way to take control of my time in a way that was sustainable, that worked for me instead of against me. A simple method for spending time on what matters most while being supported by others like me.
