The 5 Must-Have Routines You Need in Your Life Right Now

For about half of you, the word “routine” is probably music to your ears. You LOVE the comfort and predictability of a good routine, workflow or system. For others, you’re probably thinking, “Routine? BORING!” If you’re like me, you like a little bit of both.

While I would never encourage anyone to live their whole life in default mode, Episode 17 of It’s About Time is all about putting yourself on autopilot during certain points in your day – but we’re talking autopilot with intention. Yes – that’s a thing.

For about half of you, the word “routine” is probably music to your ears. You LOVE the comfort and predictability of a good routine, workflow or system. For others you’re probably thinking UGH – routine? Booooring! I like to live life with creativity! And have room for spontaneity!

And if you’re like me – you like a little bit of both.

In this episode I dig into:

  • The difference between habits and routines

  • The 5 must-have routines that you need in your life now

  • How to design a routine that will actually stick.

What will it take you to get from chaos to calm?

  1. Dean says:

Hi Anna, enjoyed the breakdown – especially around making milestones and mini routines for flexibility! Trying to download the workbook but there doesn’t seem to be a link on this page? The banners don’t link either. If it’s available, I’m interested in getting it. Thanks!

  2. Kelly M Vien says:

I am at war with time and walk in to work cloaked in shane and guilt. I have alarms and routines, but I am resisting and that is why I am here.

  3. Rachel Bryson says:

Hi, I just found you! I was not able to find the bonus workbook to create routines that stick.
I tried to go to abouttimepodcast.com/17 which gave me an error. It did redirect to annadkormick/17/ at some point. I did find your fb community and applied to join.
    Thank you in advance.
