If you’ve ever just felt blah. Like, a case of the Mondays 7 days a week. Every day feels like the last, groundhog day style.

If that sounds familiar – whether you’ve felt it before, or you’re living it now – I’ve got just the thing for you.

Recently, I was chatting with my friend Andrea Olson about what causes us to get into that place of… blah – and she suggested that it’s a result of something being missing. A spark. A spark of passion, a spark of excitement, a spark of meaning.

Fortunately… If you’re not feeling particularly “sparkly,” Andrea Olson joined me for a conversation about what it can look like to reignite your spark, and manage your time, find your version of balance, and create structure in your life that’s filled with purpose and meaning. And it’s not as hard as you might think.
