“You’re not doing enough.”

To:

“Let’s keep track of this together.”

Shift From Me vs. You to Us vs. The Tasks

Instead of:

“You never help with dinner.”

Try:

“I’m feeling stretched. Can we look at how we’re dividing things up?”
