Looking Back: From One Episode to 300
When I launched It’s About Time in December 2019, my life looked completely different. I had one daughter instead of two, we lived in a different city, and I had no idea that a global pandemic was about to reshape every part of our world.
There was no HEART Method yet. No Academy. No Time Management Essentials. Just a simple vision: to help women feel more confident and in control of their time.
Fast forward to today — after hundreds of interviews, thousands of hours behind the mic, and countless coaching conversations — one truth has become crystal clear to me: you can’t control how life changes, but you can control how you move through it.
Why Change Feels So Hard
Change is constant — whether it’s a new job, a growing family, or a shift in priorities. But even good change can feel disorienting.
I felt a lot of pressure to make this milestone episode “a big deal,” even when my energy simply wasn’t there. Instead of forcing a celebration, I chose reflection — and I realized how much wisdom comes from looking back with gratitude instead of pushing myself to perform.
Time management through change isn’t about squeezing more into your days. It’s about finding peace in the process and remembering that your routines can evolve as you do.
What 300 Episodes Have Taught Me About Time Management Through Change
After reflecting on everything that’s changed since 2019, I distilled one clear truth: managing your time well in seasons of change requires three anchors — knowing yourself, knowing your values, and knowing your vision.
When you know yourself, you understand what you need to feel grounded and energized.
When you know your values, you can make decisions that align with what truly matters most.
And when you know your vision, you have a direction — even when the road curves unexpectedly.
These three anchors have steadied me through so many transitions, and they can do the same for you when everything else feels uncertain.
Looking Ahead: A Vision for What’s Next
As I recorded this episode, I also spent time thinking about how my own vision has evolved.
What began as a desire to help women manage their time has deepened into a mission to help women make meaning with their time. The next chapter of It’s About Time will focus even more on freedom, fulfillment, and living aligned — not just planning efficiently.
From expanding the Academy to creating new ways to connect with women around the world, my vision continues to grow — and honestly, I’ve never been more excited about what’s ahead.
