Have you ever found yourself stuck in all-or-nothing thinking? Like something’s not worth doing if it’s not perfect? If that sounds familiar, this one’s for you. I’m joined by Sarah Horgan, host of the simple + intentional podcast on decluttering and intentional living. Sarah shared so much wisdom, including what finally helped her break free from perfectionism — and how letting go of “doing it all” actually helped her get more of the right things done.
Meet Sarah Horgan
Sarah is a full-time working mom, host of the popular podcast simple + intentional and lover of all things simple. She lived with clutter and found her way to the other side by radically changing her own life after living through stage 4 cancer. Forced to examine everything, including her perfectionism and people pleasing, she realized all the stuff (and not just the physical stuff) was standing in her way of living her life and being her true self.
After embracing simplicity and creating more ease in her own life. Sarah started simple + intentional to support other women to do the same. She encourages + inspires others through her instagram account and podcast and offers deeper support and coaching through online membership for women, the this intentional life community.
Sarah lives in Toronto and loves the outdoors, a strong cup of tea, a good weights workout and is following her dreams, one step at a time.
