We’ve all heard about working smarter, not harder. But what if the key to working smarter is actually working in sync with your body’s natural rhythms? What if aligning your schedule with your energy peaks and dips could transform how you get things done?

That’s exactly what today’s guest, Lynne Peeples, explores in her book, The Inner Clock: Living in Sync with Our Circadian Rhythms. Lynne dives deep into the science of our body clocks and shares how tuning into these rhythms can revolutionize the way we approach time management, productivity, and even rest.

In our conversation, Lynne reveals how you can identify your energy peaks, match them with your most important tasks, and take simple steps to live in harmony with your natural rhythms.
